Whistleblowers’ Lawyer Alleges Kennedy Center Put Off Roof Repairs
A lawyer representing anonymous whistleblowers at the Kennedy Center alleges that the center’s executive director and chief operating officer, Matt Floca, did not treat roofing issues as priorities and in April halted a funded plan to address them, according to PBS NewsHour. The allegations come in a letter signed by the lawyer, David Seide, on behalf of whistleblowers who have not been identified. These are allegations from a legal letter, not established findings.
