At the “Crypto King” Trial, Prosecutors Describe Cars, Jets and Credit Card Bills

The Crown gave an overview of its case against Aiden Pleterski, the self-described “Crypto King,” on the first day of his trial Tuesday. Prosecutors allege the 27-year-old spent investor money on himself — exotic cars, flights on private jets and credit card bills in the millions — instead of investing it in cryptocurrency and foreign exchange as he had told his investors.
