46% of Canadians With an Opinion Back the Proposed Federal IVF Program

An Ipsos survey conducted for Fertility Matters Canada found that 46 per cent of Canadians with an opinion on the subject support the proposed federal IVF funding program. The qualifier is the story: that's 46 per cent of the people who expressed a view, not 46 per cent of Canadians.
