An Ottawa Youth Is Convicted on Two Terror Charges
CBC reports that a young person charged as the alleged co-conspirator of a planned terrorist attack against Jewish people has been found guilty of two of three charges: committing a terrorist offence and facilitating a terrorist activity. The co-conspirator label belongs to the charge sheet; the conviction covers the two offences CBC names. That gap between accusation and finding is the whole point of a trial, and it is the part worth keeping straight when only the charge wording travels widely.
