Two dead in a Saskatchewan plane crash, with TSB and RCMP investigating

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada and the RCMP are investigating a plane crash near Kisbey, Sask. Harv's Air, the flight school the plane was registered to, confirmed that both people on board died.
