Two Charged With Plotting to Attack Jewish Targets in Manchester

Two people arrested on the eve of Yom Kippur were later charged with plotting to attack Jewish targets in Manchester, Deutsche Welle reports. The arrests came on the eve of the Jewish day of atonement, before the charges followed. As with any charge, the allegation belongs to the state that brought it rather than standing as an established fact.
