Bosnia and Herzegovina Votes for Parliament, a Presidency and Local Councils

Polls have opened in Bosnia and Herzegovina, DW reports, with voters taking part in parliamentary, presidential and local elections. Voters are filling three levels of government at once — national and subnational contests decided by the same people on the same day, each of which can turn on a completely different argument.
