Some Alberta Mail-In Ballots Are Coming Back With Missing Declarations or I.D. Problems
Elections Alberta says some mail-in ballot packages have been returned with the declaration form missing, with errors, or with problems involving I.D. They are the kind of paperwork defects that put a ballot in doubt.
The same message carries the genuinely useful part: there is still time to submit the correct information. Anyone who has already mailed a package has a reason to check what they signed and what they enclosed rather than assume it will sort itself out.
