Richmound's mayor is stepping down, three years after a cult moved in

Brad Miller signed up to be mayor of Richmound, Sask., never imagining that his tiny southwestern village would be overrun by a cult. After three years and many sleepless nights, CBC reports that the cult is gone and Miller will resign on Oct. 15.
