John Rustad Won't Run Again in B.C., Joining Departures From Both Parties

The Conservative Party of B.C. has confirmed that former leader John Rustad is not seeking re-election. He is not leaving alone: several other high-profile candidates have bowed out of the race, among them four former cabinet ministers from the governing B.C. NDP.
