'Game of Gnomes' Starts Production as a Sequel to 2017's 'Gnome Alone'

SC Films International has started production on Gnome Alone: Game of Gnomes, the sequel to its 2017 animated family film, Deadline reports. Peter Lepeniotis, who directed The Nut Job, is returning to write and direct, and SC Films is producing and will launch worldwide sales at the American Film Market next month. The title is doing the marketing already: the pun is the pitch. Nine years after the first film, the sequel is being sold on a joke most people have heard before they see a frame of it.
