Arlington County Sues Over the Planned Triumphal Arch

The Arlington County Board in Virginia filed a lawsuit on Thursday opposing construction of the Triumphal Arch, PBS NewsHour reports — the first governmental body to take legal action against President Donald Trump's planned monument. That makes the county the first government, rather than a private plaintiff, to put the project in front of a court.
