A Fincher-Directed Cliff Booth Film Gets a Trailer and an IMAX Window

The first trailer is out for David Fincher's The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, directed by Fincher from a screenplay by Quentin Tarantino. The release plan Deadline reports is a two-stage one: a premiere in IMAX on November 25 for a two-week engagement, followed by release on the streamer on December 23. A fortnight of big-format exclusivity before streaming is the interesting part — it treats the theatrical window as an event rather than a formality.
