Union Says More Posties Are Leaving Royal Mail After a Delivery Overhaul
The Communication Workers Union says more posties are leaving Royal Mail since a new delivery system was introduced, and it claims that system is not working in hundreds of offices.
Both halves of that come from the union: the attrition and the verdict on the rollout. The interesting thing about a delivery redesign is that its failures may not announce themselves as complaints — if the union is right, they show up as people walking out the door, one resignation at a time, which is a much slower and blurrier signal.
