Parks Canada Closes MacIntosh Brook Area After a Coyote Bite

Parks Canada says the MacIntosh Brook area has been temporarily closed following a coyote bite. The agency announced the closure in a social media post, noting that the shutdown applies to the spot where the incident occurred. A temporary closure is the agency's standard move after a bite: it takes the location out of circulation while the animal situation there is dealt with.
