Paramount Is Developing a Live-Action Cyberpunk 2077 Film

Paramount Pictures is developing a live-action film set in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, based on CD Projekt Red's best-selling action-adventure RPG. Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is attached alongside CD Projekt Red, the Poland-based developer that holds the franchise rights; the game is set in a fictional cyberpunk metropolis. The rights holder is producing rather than simply licensing, which is one way to keep a game's look and tone under the same roof as its film adaptation.
