Moonshot AI’s Kimi K3 lands on Amazon Bedrock with 2.8 trillion parameters

Kimi K3 is now available on Amazon Bedrock, offering a powerful open‑weight model for coding and knowledge work. According to Moonshot AI, it is the most capable version to date and the first open model to reach 2.8 trillion parameters. The model combines native vision capabilities with a 1‑million‑token context window and delivers roughly 2.5× better scaling efficiency than its predecessor, Kimi K2. It also supports explicit prompt caching to cut latency and input costs for reusable contexts.
