Less Than a Week: a Press Secretary Heads for the Door

PBS NewsHour reported Friday that White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia is transitioning out of her role after less than a week on the job. The tenure is the story: press secretaries normally measure their time in the job in months or years, and this one is leaving before most of the press corps would have learned the briefing room's seating chart.
