Four Years, Nearly 30 Countries, Seven Episodes

National Geographic's new documentary series, Africa: Earth's Wild Home, is built as the opening move in a larger plan: separate series documenting the wildlife and environmental ecosystems of all seven continents in turn. The African installment runs seven episodes and took four years to complete, with filming across nearly 30 different African countries.
