A Saskatchewan First Nations Organization Will Fight a $12.3-Million Repayment Order in Court

The organization representing 74 First Nations in Saskatchewan says it will fight Indigenous Services Canada in court over an audit of its spending that says it must repay more than $12.3 million, CBC reports. The disagreement is now a legal one.
