A College Planner for ChatGPT for Teens, Plus a Teen AI Council

OpenAI's announcement lists College Planner coming to ChatGPT for Teens, a tool for managing college applications, alongside new flashcards, quizzes, and a teen AI council. The study aids are easy to describe and easy to measure. A council is the harder piece: a body with a real say in what gets built is a different institution from a panel that comments on what has already shipped, and which one this turns out to be matters more than the launch list.
